Consult and Exam
During your consult and exam it’s my goal get a clear understanding of you and exactly what your needs are. This will include a comprehensive history as well as different components of assessment such as orthopedic and neurological tests, vitals, and functional assessments based on your consult condition and goals.
Treatment
A customized treatment plan will be created based on your exam findings and goals. This will be reviewed and discussed prior to treatment and agreed upon by both you and me, including cost of services.
